Each iNovo dedicated server comes with 3 trouble tickets. A trouble ticket allows you to submit a technical support issue to our support staff and they will do everything possible to resolve the problem no matter how long it takes.




The tickets can be used for issues such as:
  • Application configuration
  • Application installation/upgrades
  • Web Server
  • Mail Server
  • FTP
  • Security management (patches)
  • User Management



They do not however support the following:

  • Programming/Scripting services
  • Database Administration

Issues related to programming or database administration are considered advanced support and it is billed at $70 per hour.
