How long does it take to setup my new account.
Accounts are usually set up within one hour.


Will I have access to my account 24 hours a day?
Yes. You will have access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Is there a money back guarantee?
iNovoHost offers a 30 day Money-Back guarantee.


What is your level of uptime?
We are currently running at 99.9% uptime.


What are your primary and secondary DNS hosts?
dns1.iNovoHost.com and dns2.iNovoHost.com


Is 30 GB of data transfer enough?
30 GB of data is equal to 30,000,000 KB of data:

A one page site 30KB in size could get 1 million hits per month and remain within the 30 GB limit.

30 GB of data transfer is more than enough for most web sites and the majority of the Web sites we host will never reach that amount of data transfer.


What form of payment do you accept?
All payments must be made by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


What kind of technical support is included with my plan?
iNovoHost offers unlimited email and toll-free technical support for any questions you may have related to your Web hosting account and how to use it. However, technical support related to software or services provided by third parties such as CGI scripts is NOT provided by iNovoHost.


How can I sign-up?
Signing-up is easy and takes only a few minutes. All you need to do is to complete the order form located on our web site.


Are there any hidden fees?
There are NO hidden fees.


Are there any setup fees?
There is a $30 setup fee if for quaterly (3 months) and bi-annual (6 months) accounts.
There are no setup fees on our annual packages.


Will you place any adds on my site?
No, you will have full control of your web site and you will never be required to put any advertisements on it. We don't put pop-ups on your site either. You will be fully responsible and in control of your site's content.


What currency are your fees in?
All our fees are in US Dollars.


Do you support PHP, MySQL, SSI, PERL?
iNovoHost supports the MySQL database, PHP, PERL and SSI.


Can I access my domain name without putting the www in front of the domain name?
Yes. Many providers do not allow this, but with iNovoHost you can access your site at either "http://www.yourdomain.com" or "http://yourdomain.com".


Can I have more than one domain under one account? How do I go about doing this?
Yes, you can have multiple domains (not web sites) under one account. This is done by ordering additional domains through our support center, where you can order additional domains to be pointed to the main directory of your account. There is a fee of $15 USD or $20 CAD/year for each additional domain (limit up to 4 domains) you wish to point to your account.


How do I check to see if the domain name I desire is available?
At the bottom right of every page there is a small form to check domain name availability.


How do I know when it's time to renew?
Our system will automatically send an invoice to your default email address. If you are paying with a credit card or online check, you will automatically be billed. If you are paying with a check or money order, you will have one week to get your payment to us, otherwise your account will be suspended.


If I am currently hosted at another hosting company and wish to move my web site to iNovoHost, how do I get started?
The process for establishing a hosting account with iNovoHost and moving your site is as follows:

First, you will want to establish your account with iNovoHost by completing the sign up process.

Second, we will then provision your account on our servers and send you an account confirmation which will include your new user name and password along with many other helpful tips.


Third, you will need to contact your domain registrar company to help ensure that the transfer of your domain happens from your current hosting company to iNovoHost. When contacting your domain registrar you will need the iNovoHost Domain Name Servers that were provided to you in the account confirmation e-mail.


Fourth, using a FTP (File transfer program) like WS_FTP, Fetch, or FrontPage you will need to transfer your website from your current hosting company to your newly established account with iNovoHost. Remember you will need your account information from step two.
